Viewing the Status of Offers in a Marketplace

The Google Management Settings extension allows you to identify Google Workspace or Google Education offers that require attention. This is the case for new offers available in the Google catalog which have not yet been configured in CloudBlue or offers that are close to their expiration date or already expired.

Note: Syndication is not supported. The extension only provides information for providers that have a direct contract with Google.

Go to the Settings module in Connect and click the Google Management Settings under Extensions.

Note: If the extension has not been installed yet, see the Installing Google Management Settings section.
Click the marketplace for which you want to see the Google offers. You can filter by marketplace ID by using the search box available.
The list of Google offers in the selected marketplace is displayed, along with the corresponding status for each of them, which will be available in the Status column:
- New: This status is displayed when there are new items in Connect whose offer ID has not yet been configured in the in the offer_id_prod and offer_id_test parameters of the Google Workspace Connect product. The Offer ID column will be empty for those offers. You can update these offers from the Suggested Updates tab. Additionally, you can configure the extension to send notifications when new items are found without a configured offer ID. For additional information see the Configuring Notifications section.
- Active: This means that the offer is properly configured in Connect. No further actions are required in this case.
- Expiring: The offer will be expiring in 30 days or less. You can update these offers from the Suggested Updates tab. Additionally, you can configure the extension to send a notification when there are offers in such status. For additional information, see the Configuring Notifications section.
- Expired: The offer has already expired. You can update these offers from the Suggested Updates tab.
Additionally, for each offer you can see the following information obtained from the Google catalog: price, effective price, currency, maximum value, start date and time and end date and time. The information in the rest of the columns is obtained from Connect.

Note: You can filter the list to see either Google Workspace or Google Education offers.
